Te FOOD still one of my biggest bags for the long term. Im not adding more for now. These are the levels that I'm watching right now

So I asked the TE FOOD team directly regarding the key differences
And this is the reply:
IBM Food Trust provides the GS1 standard based blockchain ledger (plus interfaces), and requires companies to implement any traceability solution which needs to be interfaced to IBM. Companies need to design their processes, data sets, let a developer company develop their client applications, procure and apply identification materials, etc.

TE-FOOD provides an off-the-shelf traceability solution with processes and data sets tailored to each food category. We provide the identification materials, client applications, blockchain ledger, AND we can provide them interfaces to any third-party blockchain ledger. If they want to store the data in IBM Food Trust, Vechain, Waltonchain, or Ambrosus, they can do it by using TE-FOOD.
