Alternative Trading System (ATS)
A new and first-of-its-kind trading system has been launched yesterday by tØ which is called Alternative Trading System (ATS).
tØ is the capital markets arm of Medici and Medici is blockchain-focused subsidiary of Overstock.
ATS will provide an exchange platform for cryptographic tokens categorized in the the United States as securities.
It is a joint venture between RenGen, a fintech firm which will be the market maker and Argon Group, an investment bank that focuses on ICO capital raising.
ATS will also be regulated by the SEC and FINRA.
That means ATS will be a legally approved and regulated alternative to New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and other leading securities exchange.
BioCoin
Another legal ICO has been launched in Russia by LavkaLavka, a global eco-farming and retail network.
In partnership Voskhod digital platform, LavkaLavka has laucnched an ICO of integrated crypto platform called BioCoin.
Biocoin is a global blockchain powered loyalty platform which is designed to aid eco-friendly and healthy paradigm around the world.
It is a loyalty platform combined with cryptocurrency to support local farmers and organic food retailers and let them to return value into their communities through rewards and discounts system.
Customers can use BioCoin to purchase goods from any affiliated store or trade it at the exchange at a more favorable rate.
BioCoin Presale has started this September 25, 2017 and will end after 2 weeks. The main crowdsale will take place on October 09, 2017.
