Zcash4win not working

While the zcash4win wallet has some nice things like support for both private and pubic addresses it also has some serous stability issues. Like today I got the always lovely Daemon is taking longer then expected issue once again. So I figured I would write a post about how to fix this very common issue with the wallet.

First to to "\users\Your_username\AppData\roaming\Zcash" once there you should see several files the one you are looking for is called "zcash.conf". You are going to want to open and edit this file in notepad and at the line "disabledeprecation=1.0.12" then save the file and you should be good to go.
