Bounty of 2 Steem Per Valid Answer: What Altcoin Websites Have Higher Traffic than Steemit.com?

in cryptocurrency •  7 years ago  (edited)

I want to determine if there is any website for, about or running on a specific altcoin, which gets more traffic than Steemit.com

Websites that are for discussion of or trading multiple coins are excluded. Bitcoin websites do not qualify, general crypto news outlets would not qualify. The website must be about/for a specific altcoin, or use it heavily in its operation.

I will use Alexa.com to determine the web traffic for paying out the bounty. Check if your answer beats Steemit.com web traffic by entering the site url here:

At the moment: bitconnect.co.

Ouch.

Yeah, I believe you are correct. Just trying to crowdsource the info in case I have missed one which is bigger.

I'm definitely not including Bitcoin here, of course I'm well aware that a number of Bitcoin sites get more traffic than Steemit.com, so that wouldn't be novel information.

I edited my comment to mention some scammy crappy horrible platform that is in general very bad news for the whole crypto-space, but unfortunately ranks higher.

From a pure marketing perspective, they are doing things right. From all other perspectives, I hate the fact it exists.

Noted. Transfered 2 Steem for that.

I think that bitconnect.co is the only one that surpasses it, but etherscan.io comes close.

That's interesting, I suppose it makes sense that a block explorer gets the most traffic.

None other than steemit.

Ok, that counts. I'll transfer 2 Steem for that.

Ok. I see it.

Hard question! Potcoin?

There is no need to make guesses, you can check if it has higher traffic than steemit.com by plugging it in here:

Yeah but where is the fun of it? :)
