Today I want to show you top 10 cryptocurrencies by market cap from 2014 to 2019 and how the list changed every year.
Top 10 cryptocurrencies - 28.12.2014
As you can see, it is almost completely different from now.
Top 10 cryptocurrencies - 27.12.2015
Paycoin and Nxt were not in the top 10 anymore.
Ethereum and Dash were in.
Top 10 cryptocurrencies - 25.12.2016
Dogecoin, Peercoin, BitShares and Stellar were out of top 10.
Monero, Ethereum Classic, NEM and Augur took their places.
Top 10 cryptocurrencies - 31.12.2017
Monero went from 5th to 11th, Ethereum Classic, MaidSafeCoin and Augur were out of top 10.
IOTA, Cardano, Bitcoin Cash took their places. Stellar again came back to top 10.
Top 10 cryptocurrencies - 06.11.2018
IOTA, NEM and Dash were out of top 10. Monero, Tether and EOS took their places.
When comparing the top 10 like that, I am curious about the 2019 top ten list.
