Oneledger - blockchain service to rule them all!

Recently, the onrush of blockchain cause problems in the platform use. Various blockchains can’t connect with each other. This problem causes to look for new solutions and OneLedger found a way to integrate blockchains into a consistent system. Despite the fact that the project idea is not new, the startup is the ambitious project and now I will tell you why.

Architecture features

OneLedger is a cross-ledger protocol created for business to connect with blockchain. Various third-party blockchains can interact among themselves via this universal protocol.

Among the main features of the project are:

1. Sharding technology. The technology will significantly increase the network bandwidth.
2. Hashed time lock contracts (HTLC). The project will support various types of blockchains. One of this support visible manifestations is the tokens exchange between blockchains without use of cryptocurrency exchanges. For each pair, it will create its own network chain, which will directly intercommunicate. Such realization of distributed network chains won’t lose steam core network operations.
3. Sidechain solution provides in private and public chains. The company can connect the Smart Identity System to synchronize permission-less ledger.
4. Business Modulation. OneLedger provides users with tools to adapt to the specific logic of the business model and workflows.

Opportunities for user

The project initially has a commercial component. This potential is manifested through opportunities for companies and enterprises:

• to launch their own side-chains;
• to determine the exact role of network operators;
• to achieve transparency and coherence across business flow markings;
• to use the OneLedger framework to develop their own applications and run them right away in various infrastructure networks.

The project provides identification for all users’ wallets in popular platforms. The user creates a private master key to sign a verification message in various blockchains, which are sent to his OneLedger personal account.

OneLedger runs the SDK to ease the process of smart contracts roaming. The net result is the launch of dAPP on various systems without liability of learning or writing on new programming languages.

Token usage

The OLT tokens will be used for:

• to make payments on the platform;
• to encourage system nodes to take part in the platform evolution;
• to deploy units through the OneLedger protocol.

Users will make payments for the system use, access to services offered in the domestic market. The nodes holders will receive coins for the participation in the system support and transaction confirmation. Developers will use OLT to make payments for the deployment of units on the OneLedger platform.

David Cao (founder and CEO), president of the Canadian-Chinese Professional Blockchain Association, has 19 years of experience in IBM and Xerox.

Alex Todd (Chief Technical Advisor), works in the IT since 1983, including 4.5 years at IBM as Managing Advisor for Information Security, founder of Trust-2 Pay.

Stephen Li (Lead Engineer, Block Developer, Smart Contract Specialist), has 15 years of experience in NEC (3 years), Microsoft (1 year), IBM (3.5 years) and Morgan Stanley (1 year).

Othalia Doe-Bruce (PR specialist), has 11 years of experience in management, since 2017 works as a PR manager in BlockchainHub.

Edwin Zhang (Asset management chairman), with experience as a developer and engineer for more than 8 years.

Lester Li (a blockchain engineer), an engineer since 2007, including a few years at Nokia.
