I know I am saying that out of gut feel but I just can't see the real use of it. The tie up could just be a lip service for one party and a way to beef up resume for the other.

If you bought thinking this could be your ticket to that freedom you've been hoping for then wait. Wait for it to go up up up until it pops and go down. Rekt right? You Know what I mean.
