 DK Lottery will be launched at 20:00 September 18, 2018, UTC+8 on DragonEx. 

 Rules as follows: 

 1. Duration: 

 From 16:00:00 every Monday to 15:59:59 the next Monday of Singapore time 

 2. Betting: 

 Users can bet in each period for multiple times, each bet requires “1 + 0.00000001 * ID” DK, 0.00000001 * ID for distinguishing users betting records, and the DK bet will be burned 

 3. Lottery Number: 

 After each bet, a Hash Value will be generated on the EOS Blockchain, and after deleting the characters that is not (1~9), a Luck Value is obtained. 

 4. Prize allocation: 

 In each period, the user with the most single Luck Value will win 60% of the total prize, the user with the second-most Luck Value will gain 20%, the one with the third-most will win 10%, and 10% of the total prize will be equally divided in those with a single Luck Value with the tail number of 7 

 5. The DK Lottery of last period will be drawn at 17:00 on every Monday. The prize came from the dividends of DK prize pool last week ( converted to USDT ). After the notice of prizes is published, users can check the prize in the Bill of Assets. 

 6. DragonEx reserves the final right to interpret the details of the activity.
