One of Canada's largest electricity providers Hydro-Qubec have had to suspend crytpo Miner requests in fear that it will have an negative effect on the regions supply. Despite this being a temporary suspension it further proves that Crypto Mining is not suststainable and that Proof Of Stake is the next step forward.
This is why coins such as Miner One do not appeal to me. I feel as if mining will not survive in the long run. Especially with the current 'save the planet movement'. It is only a matter of time before coins start following Iotas lead in creating energy efficient tokens.
