So if BTC looses value, then what happens to coins I purchased with BTC? Can they be sold into ETH ? Wouldn't all ICOs using BTC tank then?

I feel it will rise up allot, my feeling.

    You just sell them for more btc then you bought them for. You can then trade to eth.

    No, as the ico rate fluctuates the btc/dollar rate. they will be fine.
