Buying Cryptocurrencies- Remember the Law of Demand and Supply

As the people of the world become more familiar with cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, NEO, NEM, etc; everyone seems to "want in" on the digital gold rush. There are several key factors to consider when investing in a cryptocurrency. These factors varies from the market cap of the currency, the team in charge, the technology or innovation behind the currency, and so on.

However, the law of Demand and Supply should also be given prudence when thinking about investing in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ripple and Eth. This law simply states that, if the demand of a good/product/service is high and the supply of the same is low, then the price of such good/product/service will inevitably see an increase.
Have a quick look at the Circulating Supply column in the table below and make a comparison with the prices of the various coins.

Coins With Low Circulating Supply:

1. Bitcoin: Circulating Supply- 16,536,475... Price- $4,719.71
2. Ethereum: Circulating Supply- 94,360,465... Price- $389.41
3. Bitcoin Cash: Circulating Supply- 16,554,425... Price- $591.47

Coins With High Circulating Supply:

1. Ripple: Circulating Supply- 38,343,841,883... Price- $0.252739
2. NEM: Circulating Supply- 8,999,999,999... Price- $0.323115
3. IOTA: Circulating Supply- 2,779,530,283... Price- $0.858298

Although many analysts and investors are of the view that these cryptocurrencies with high circulating supply have strong potential of becoming the next industry leader, it is pretty clear that the rule governing demand and supply is currently holding firm like Bitcoin in its leading position.
