Altcoins are easier to trade than any other market. The reason is that they give you an outstanding risk/reward ratio, combined with a short market cycle.
Some mid-cap stocks will give you similar risk/reward to alts, but you need to scroll out to the weekly view at least to take it in, and that means a much longer wait.
Leveraged forex markets have huge pumps almost everyday, and offer the best opportunities for fast profit, but they are too hard for most people to trade (do to extreme manipulation) without something more esoteric than mere technical and fundamental analysis to help you (such as Gann's methods).
