You will never find the "perfect" moment or price .
My simple advice is buy them when they are low related to the past month-6 months-year-beginning.
Search first and if you are going for the long run invest in many big coins that are already winners.
And hodl.

      Crypto-world has crazy variance . That 's the only thing guaranteed .
