Anyone can build their own top of the pyramid by being a recruiter. I build my own pyramid because I treat it like a serious business and recruit 20+ people a month. Yes, there's lots of people that get in hoping to be at the top and collect on "spillover" but just like in any other business, you have to create your own success. So, yeah, either way I'm at the top!
