What to do now?

• We have created another version of the same app, which should be fine since it was never banned from googleplay so hopefully no big surprises soon for this. The apk can be downloaded from the link:

Our litecoin app was allowed to run ads again, so anyone is welcome to use both apps for now.

FUTURE, the main thing we are working on is developing our website which will contain all apps as webpages, allowing us to easily add new cryptocurrencies without having to worry about being banned; the website will be easy to manage on any device which is very important to us, so we can give our users the best experience. Also, we hope we can slowly bring some apps back as well.*

When will i get paid?

I have lost my daily bonus

• Unfortunately, we can't do into every users account to give the daily bonus back, so unfortunately everyone will have to start from the beginning but to make up to everyone we have significantly increased the faucet claim rate for all the crypto, and hopefully this should help also due to decrease video ads for the time being.*

I don't see video ads, they barely run

• We implemented a different system to help everyone regarding video ads, we noticed last time most users weren't able to see the video ads since they were loading and icon would not show up fast enough so most people were missing out on it. With this app, the video icon changes color instead
  Red: Did not load, try restarting the app, could you due to the low availability of video ads in the area.
  Orange: be patient ad is loading, if it doesn't load for awhile restart app as well.
  Green: You can view the ad*

My balance is not the same/ I have lost my balance

• First make sure you are using the same email as you were with your previous app. Sometimes, users had different email on different apps, so when they log into the inclusive crypto faucet, some earning is missing, it is only due to the fact that your actual earning are on a different email. As long as you provide us with both emails, we can fix this issue and convert the earnings to the current email. For anything else, please email support and you would have to email again because unfortunately due to the hundreds of emails received such issues might be lost in the email.
