Mining GridCoin(GRC),Cryptocurrency for Scientific Research Reward

Hello, today i am going to teach you how to mine Gridcoin(GRC) using your CPU or GPU or Both of them on grcpool mining pool.

1. goto https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php and download BOINC to your pc.

BOINC is a safe program which uses you computers processing power for Research Purposes

1. install BOINC

2. goto https://www.grcpool.com/signup and signup for an account

3. Login to grcpool and set your GRC Payout address to your Wallet address And Verify your Email

5)open BOINC Manager and cancel the “Choose a project” window Since we are using pool mining

6)click View->Advanced View

1. Click Tools->Use account manager

2. in the window which pops up there will be a box saying Account manager URL Enter https://www.grcpool.com in that box and press next

1. Enter the username and password you chose for the pool and click “Next” and Press “Finish”

2. after that goto https://www.grcpool.com/account/hosts and Click on your PC name

11)it will show your system specifications Below that Choose a project and press “add”

1. Choose if you want to use cpu or gpu for research, Do note that you dont want to choose a gpu project and choose to cpu to complete it cause that wont work well so choose projects as per your specification and requirements

13)Choose if you want to use cpu or gpu using the check option and press “Save Project Settings”

14)goto the projects option on the BOINC Manager Then Choose Tools->Synchronize with grcpool.com

1. you will start receiving projects to complete, according to the project you choose on the pool and will receive coins as a reward as you complete the projects.

2. you can Check the status of your machine and the earnings on https://grcpool.com/account/index.
