Free Currencies, Rebranding Cryptocurrencies as Free Currencies (because, well, the name sucks)

So while governments legislate

with bias against cryptocurrencies, and with lenience toward digital fiat currencies, and while big corporations and telecoms and banks fight and push their own digitized systems for fiat money in the peoples' faces, and while the media does it's part to stir up negative sentiment and subtle indignation for cryptocurrencies in the hearts of the simple sheeple because they are so crypto, you know, and the crypt prefix is baaaaahhhhddd (I am saying the word bad there in sheeple language) anyway...I, Mr. Evan Sixtin, son of Martin Sixtin, and inheritor of the hammer of Jack's Hardware and Nails, am taking it upon myself as some people often do take things upon themselves (usually not me, but let's try something different this time) to REBRAND CRYPTOCURRENCIES AS FREE CURRENCIES.

Yes. I did it. It's done.

Why did I go and do a thing like that, you ask? First of all, it sounds much better. How can sheeple believe bad things about things called free currencies? How can the manipulative media really slander effectively free currencies? You see, before I did this, you had cryptocurrencies vs fiat currencies. Now we have free currencies vs. fiat currencies and by god, we have just won the war. That's all it takes man. Think of all the bad implications associated with "crypt", like Tales From the Crypt, and the definition of the word crypt itself is "...a stone chamber beneath the floor of a church or other building. It typically contains coffins, sarcophagi, or religious relics." If that's not depressing, I don't know what is. The adjective cryptic also tends to have a negative connotation. The mainstream will just never get behind something called a cryptocurrency, it sounds too scary and scrypt kiddie living in parents' basementy. But every single free-thinking and brainwashed individual in the world can get behind something called a free currency. It's as American as apple pie, it's rock and roll and chicks in bikinis, it's LGBT-friendly. It's Free the Nipple for economics.

So yes, I've done it, and there's nothing you can do about it. All my future articles will refer to cryptocurrencies as free currencies. Hopefully people will know what the hell I'm talking about. "You may say that I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one, I hope someday you'll join us..."
