I'm not sure. Other than both being developed in China, I don't know. Maybe BCC was made to be used as the first protocol for ACChain, should the regular BTC community reject it. Who knows. It makes sense.

Now China has their own version of the top 2 Cryptos.
BTC -> BCC
ETH -> NEO

    I've always suspected something uncanny was in the making with China throughout their long 4000 year history.. Now it's so real that it's quite terrifying, knowing how sly they are with manipulating just about anything..
