im working with a large community here on steemit that hates scammers... next week this account will be absolutely worthless to troy... troy can either comment and blog with this account giving me and the crew more to down vote thus dropping his rep so low its worthless or he can abandon it... either way we win... :)

that is true when voting on several diferent people. but when you focus on one person and mass flagging you have a better effect by flagging as many comments as possible. it seems quantity is somewhat better than quality. in this aspect it is more effective voting as low as 30% to get the most all at once. this is part of how i took troy so low so fast. with the help of you and watertower and reddoordeb... next week i will have a dozen or more others doing the same thing with me against this fraudlent scammer...

I hit him with about 20 flags today >70% and about another 10 the last few days >70%. I got him for at least 1.5 points of rep total. Not much but it all adds up.
