Best Way To Turn Steem / SBD Into Fiat 2018?

I've been working hard on Steemit since the beginning of December 2017, putting a lot of hours in and I want to reward us with a nice dinner maybe. So what would be the best way to pay for that meal using Steem or SBD? Minimizing fees and waiting times.

    convert of ltc transfer to coinbase and then transfer to bank directly...will take 2-3 days for processing., else sell to local friends who use cryptocurrency
