Cryptopia Hacked?

LMFAO - that is your wallet deposit address - not exchange hot wallet. You can see them move it to the exchange wallet straight after that transaction. http://explorer.deeponion.org/address/Dk5m5EZE3JWibnrNC6ndQZYSRF78KtP2mB and then to the exchange hot wallet / cold storage
http://explorer.deeponion.org/address/DVeuAeodcdkKTK2g6aqreYn93NzozfCRSf and http://explorer.deeponion.org/address/Dko3LCsEEQDy9WwZh9GnmnGkc46cKoipFS You can clearly see that whenever a deposit is made to YOUR exchange address it is soon after moved to either cold storage or the hot wallet- http://explorer.deeponion.org/address/Dk5m5EZE3JWibnrNC6ndQZYSRF78KtP2mB After EVERY deposit.

What the heck does it matter where they move coins around? Fact is the withdrawals and deposits are not processed or credited.

You said their hot wallets are empty. I just proved you wrong.

Congratulations, call it how you like. My wallet is empty and I don't get my withdrawals. Tickets are ignored. For me this is malicious and fraud.

It is only a technical issue that coin get stuck. If you don't understand how exchange wallets work and falsely say they are empty when they are not and still maintain your opinion then you are a muppet. They have 1.8 million users -some peoples funds will get stuck. It gets sorted and life goes on.

I am confident there was nothing malicious going on. (I may be wrong...) Did everything get sorted out in the end?

If everybody had the same address the wouldn't know who the deposit belongs to. So it first goes to an individual address first and then is transferred automatically (after the required confirmations) to an exchange wallet.
