Coinbase overpaying fee's by x100!

It appear's that Coinbase is trying to discourage withdrawals for August 1st.. They are overcharging fee's by 100x. This is just another reason to hold your own private key's and to pick and choose who you do business with.

              The transaction fees for big exchanges are generally quite ridiculous when withdrawing, you should only use them if you're dealing in large amounts, otherwise I'd use sites like Localbitcoin and trade with individuals.
