PROJECT TITANIUM:
-Monitor blockchains
-deanonymize wallet addresses
-surveil dark net markets
-stop terrorists and money launderers

TITANIUM, standing for : "Tools for the Investigation of Transactions in Underground Markets" has a expenditure of €5 million ($5.5 million) already spent towards the project with a collaboration by universities, private research firms and law enforcement agencies from the U.K., Germany, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands and Finland.

Could this be disadvantageous to coin's as a whole?!
