I had probably used blocktrades to transfer out the steem in the past. I am currently using poloniex exchange to transfer out my steem and change it to other cryptocurrency. If I want to get it in SGD, I would probably convert it to Litecoin and transfer it to coinhako. Coinhako allows selling and withdrawal to our Singapore account. Both exchanges would need to register and probably do KYC before you can use them.
