Top 20 coin: Stellar or QTUM.
Because of their Fiat gateway and excisting decentralized exchanges, (Stronghold, Stellarterm etc). I believe decentralized exchanges like Cryptobridge, 0x and others are the future.. The centralized ones eventually need KYC/AML causing backups like in December and Jan. Where exchanges closed their doors to new users because of their verification back log. Probably part of why the price crashed, new users were locked out from buying Crypto for months! We need fiat gateways though, and Stellar is working on that..
QTUM: Spacechain, microsatellites to build a decentralized internet? A nerds dream...
Top 30 coin: Steem :-) Dan Larimer did a good job, but I want to know about the reverse split and when its happening.. It will affect the price.
Top 50 coin: Golem, building supercomputers over distributed computing systems is really interesting and they have been around for awhile.
Top 200 coin: Zencash, their addons to the zcash protocol like domain fronting, encrypted messaging. It reminds me alot of Dash in the early days.
Top 500 coin: Alqo with their plans of building an exchange that allows masternodes to vote which coins they will accept on the exchange Bitfineon. I also like smasherx's MN videos.
Top 1000 coin: Marblecoin, think of it as a Masternode mutual fund. They use the funds generated by the coin to buy masternodes which then they give back the masternode earnings to the Marblecoin masternode owners through a transaction signing process. You get paid in Bitcoin and Marblecoin.

Why "Top 20, 30, 50,..."? I just wanted to know your favorite coin(s) - 1&2 Stellar&Qtum 3 Steem 4 Golem... or whatever haha. Or did you just list it like it is on coinmarketcap or something like that, right now?
However, xlm is not bad, I think (I hold some too).
I like Qtum better, with its spacechain etc. - holding some.
Steem indeed is great. Okay, Idk too much about Dan Larimer and the reverse split. Do you? - holding Steem too, of course.
Yes, gnt is great too - hold some.
I really do not know anything about Zencash. I have heard about it and read some stuff but I nearly forgot everything. I do not hold any, do you?
I have never heard of this Alqo coin as well, I believe. Sounds interesting though.
Same with Marblecoin. Umm... I did not get it. So this coin has something like masternodes? Marblecoin (its blockchain/system...?) uses the funds which are generated by my "Marblecoinmasternode" to buy even more "Marblecoinmasternodes" (or other masternodes?) - for me? The earnings made by these newly bought marblecoinmasternodes are given back to the marblecoinmn owners (wait... but I am the mn owner, so I just get the earnings or what do I understand wrong?) - through a transaction signing process. And yes, you get paid in btc and Marblecoin.
True, being locked out from buying crypto really is a problem for the whole market, I believe.

Because I dont have one favorite coin, I guess If i had to choose it would be Steem. Because its number one in transaction volume and no fees at the same time.
Yeah by market cap, when I say top 10, or 20 coin it means its rank on coinmarketcap.
Nope I have no solid details but I heard there will be a reverse split, like in stocks at some point.. I read about it years ago and nothing has come from it.
Yeah its a fork of zcash, but with more features and no silly fees. They were on the Keiser Report recently, which I think is huge.
Marble coin: yeah its weird, so you buy their coins (Marco) enough for a masternode I think around 10,000. Once you start receiving masternode rewards you "register" your ownership of the node on their Marco webiste "IMN Program". By signing a transaction to prove you are the owner, similar to how I set up Payfair trust nodes. Once registered and enrolled in their IMN program you wait to be eligible which is four days, you give them a bitcoin receiving address at this time. Then wait for rewards, which are bought masternodes (like pivx, zcash, zencash, alqo, or other altcoin MNs) owned by Marblecoin. Which were bought from the Marblecoin rising in price and I think Dev's or their Core group buying the nodes with Marblecoin.
Please see their whitepaper for a better explanation: http://www.marblecoin.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Marble_Whitepaper_v1_4.pdf

I do not have either. There are too many good ones - but doge still is my favorite somehow.
Steem is decentralized (as far as I know) and every decentralized coin has transaction fees - there must be, otherwise it cannot be decentralized; someone has to pay those fees, just Steem's strategy is different so we do not have to pay them "directly", that is right indeed.
Alright.
Okay.
Okay, again.
Okay okay, now I got it, I think. Sounds nice, somehow. Btw. where does your bracket end?

Doge is amazing and will always be in my heart. I own some and hope it continue to do well as other alts grow. On Blocktivity its ranked number 8 with over 25k transactions a day.
Right, transaction fees are pretty standard. With some coins they have gotten out of control (bitcoin). But for most coins transaction fees are fractions of percentages of transactions.
Yeah we will see how it pans out, what do you mean by where does my bracket end?

Haha, so goddemn true. I fully agree with you here. Doge is love, doge is life. Much wow!
It will explode again but for now we need to get out of that correction. Still pretty tedious.
Yes, btc is crazy. Or xmr (at least backin January). Correct.
"open bracket" = "("
"close bracket" = ")"
Probably right before the point, you just forgot it, did not you?
"(like pivx, zcash, zencash, alqo, or other altcoin MNs owned by Marblecoin" )
Btw. regarding the coins you have mentioned previously:
(of course doge is at top haha - then btc and eth)

Hah go doge, I just heard a reference to it on Youtube.. It has more culture and memes than any other altcoin for sure. Well besides Coinye.
Ah sorry, typo on the brackets.. I fixed it.
Thanks for compiling them, I tend to rant about cryptocurrency :-P

Community is pretty important when it comes to decentralization respectively coins.
Coinye? I think I have heard about it but Idk what it is right now, well, a coin, probably haha, but which type etc.
Np and thx.
Np again haha.

Hey bro, my favorite coin is ETH because there are so many dapps that can be built through the use of Ethereum smart contracts. However, I have to admit that STEEM is gradually taking over its place in my heart. Haha..

Hi brother! ;D True, that is the reason why I like eth so much as well. And you are right again, steem is doing good haha. But my favorite coin still is doge; it is like a child lol.
