December is the last month in 2022. At the end of every year, the market usually does window dressing. Window dressing is a strategy used to attract investors by improving financial reports or performance. The goal, of course, is to convince investors to invest in a profitable investment for the company.
This month the United States released the Jobs Report for November from the Department of Labor which has revealed that the US reaction rate has remained at 3.7%. The immovable rate remained despite a reported pay increase of 263,000.

*Unemployment Rate is the rate of response in an area which is calculated by dividing the number of wars by the total labor force. If a country has a low level of hostility (Full Employment), then it can be assumed that the economy is running smoothly and is expansive.
