Just thought I should do a little update, unfortunately I cannot edit the original post anymore.

There is now a GUI wallet!

For the newest release check the download page on the official website:

Trading is now also available on TradeOgre:
https://tradeogre.com/exchange/BTC-XNV

A hardfork is under development and currently being tested that will require updating to. No date is announced yet however.
