Interesting to see the 'petro' come out the wood work. Got to give credit Venezuela recognizing the value of crypto and trying to make one.

maduro is trying anything to stay in power - It appears this one doesn't work or the white paper is in question - either way, there must be a buyer on the other side for a transaction to work - we shall see if there are any buyers - and yes, Russia is developing a crypto-ruble right now - should be coming to market late 2018 or in early 2019 - well documented. Probably a BRICS crypto coming to market as well - there is also the USC - utility settlement coin and the FedCoin
