Is there a bubble in the market for cryptocurrencies?

The growth of crypto-assets has no precedent in history, yields that exceed 100,000% in a matter of months ... But does this mean that the market for crypto-coins is a bubble? It is time to analyze this, not with amarillismo, but with critical thinking.

Bubble?
When you mention Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency and in particular the performance they have had in recent years, people are quick to say: Bubble! Bubble !. Is this true? Are we really in a bubble?

It is very difficult to say. Bitcoin is extremely speculative and with only one good or bad news, we can see the price go up or down ten percent. So what can we say? We have been seeing an unprecedented increase in the price of the criptomonedas and have a highly speculative character.

That looks like bubble-like behavior ... right? It may not be that simple. We are in a totally new market with deflationary assets that does not look like anything we have seen to date. There is much more to analyze in this so-called cryptomoneda bubble.

Jamie Dimon recently spoke out strongly against Bitcoin. Dimon likened Bitcoin to the Tulip-mania of the 1600. If you're not familiar with this, it was one of the greatest bubbles of all time. The demand for tulips skyrocketed along with the price.

Many invested in tulip bulbs thinking they were a great investment for the future, only to crash a few years later. Many of the early investors made a fortune if they sold early, but a lot of people lost everything they had.

Distinguishing a good cyptocurrencies project from a fraud can mean the difference between making yourself gold or losing everything you have ... Where do you start in this new world of cryptocurrencies today? How about here?

When the USD bubble pops it will deflate filling up the crypto bubble. So no crypto is like an uninflated balloon ready to be blown up!
