This is a wild logical leap... Facebook is certainly exploring decentralization experiments, but going from that to acquiring the most successful crypto exchange in the world... there is really no evidence of this. I suspect Facebook is far more likely to launch small scale experiments and things that are not based on Ether/Bitcoin but are instead more proprietary to them (although that certainly might include erc20 projects).
