4 days ago I predicted that POE / Po.et coin would start heading upwards.
When I made that prediction the price was only $0.03.
I was right to have a good feeling about POE coin.
I just wish I had invested more.
Unfortunately I bought Bitcoin when it was at $17,000 and now that it's cleared my Coinbase account the value of it is barely $13,000.
I'm confident that Bitcoin will hit $20,000 in February....... so in order to invest in any coin right now I have to be absolutely guaranteed of making an 80% profit.
There are actually a few coins that I'm on the fence with about that.
POE was one of those coins.
At $0.11..... it went up nearly 400%.
So what is POE exactly?
POE stands for proof of existence.
Their website https://po.et/ says this:
Generate immutable and timestamped titles for your creative works and register your assets to the Po.et network. Because it is decentralized and secured by the blockchain, the metadata attribution remains safe, verifiable and immutable.
It's basically a way to copyright and license work by using the blockchain itself.
It's the perfect coin for poets, writers, musicians, and pretty much any kind of content creator.
So now the big question......
Is this the time to get into POE?
I don't usually like to get into coins when they're at an all time high.
However...... sometimes you just know that a coin is going to go higher before it goes down.
If you've got the money then POE is still a good bet.
I do think at the beginning of the year we're going to see a resurgence of both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash that will push the rest of the markets into the red for a little while.
Then again no one really knows for sure.
One thing I am sure about is that POE is a great choice for long term.

Seems like a cool concept to verify, authenticate and store original pieces of writing on the blockchain however they're a long way from turning this into a viable business and a token that will have major utility.

I also am very interested in POE. However it is difficult to set up for writers. I imagine this will improve. Alternatives include channels.cc and of course Steemit.
