Has there ever been a bigger controversy in the cryptocurrency world than that of whether or not Verge is a scamcoin?
It is definitely among one of the biggest that I've seen.
I think it all started when John McAfee stated that Verge would be the best privacy coin of 2018.
He then apparently stated that it would reach $15 and then denied stating that...... saying that his account got hacked.
After that there was a tweet from someone who claimed to be an important team member saying that Verge was a scam and that everyone should get out now.
It turned out that Kieran Daniels had been fired from his job as Vice Director of Marketing. Was he trying to artificially inflate the price so he could get in cheap?
At this point there are two sides to The Verge fence.
There are people that believe Verge is a complete scam and that everyone who invested in it is either going to lose their money or they're going to pump and then dump.
There are also the people who legitimately believe that Verge will be the next big privacy coin and that it will be worth more than a few dollars by the end of 2018.
The Wraith protocol is supposed to be released tonight.
The Wraith protocol allows for a public and a private version of the ledger to be kept.
Verge was $0.03 when I first noticed it and it is now priced at $0.23 on Bittrex.
I am among those who fully believe in Verge.
I do think the Wraith protocol will be released tonight.
My guess is that Verge will be $0.30 by the end of the evening and maybe as high as $0.40 by tomorrow.
On the other hand I could be wrong....... it may be possible that Wraith will never be released. This coin could even be a complete scam.
That's how the cryptocurrency world works. It really is a lot like gambling..... but you know what? It's a lot of fun too as long as you can afford to lose a few dollars here and there.

Interesting times for Verge. I got friends on both sides and I personally don't know the truth...but what I do know is I got in verge at such a low price it'd almost have to cease to exist for me to lose money so I'm good! lol
