I agree with you - I got in on the NVO ICO and I'm not at all worried that it is below the ICO price now. Once they are listed on a popular exchange - as well as their self-hosted DEX it will really bump the value.
Another nice thing about NVO is holders of NVST will actually make money from just holding it. 50% of the all the 0.2% trading fees that the exchange charges is distributed to holders of NVST. The more trades are made on the platform by others the more money you make. The more NVST you hold the more you make.
There are definitely other competitors for NVO to deal with but I think they have a head start and get some traction due to profit sharing which will attract users. Hence I'm going long on them - thanks to your tip I might actually pick up some more while it is below the ICO price and double-down!
BTW, wish your video quality was better - the audio sounds like you're in a welding shop :-)
That is actually the reason im accumulating nvst. I do not care so much at the capital appreciation, although im sure that will happen. Im holding for the sole purpose of collecting my share of fees. They have a excel document that you can use to calculate the ammount each token will pay out, depending on volume.
My goal is to have min 5000, because with a 100,000,000 trading volume, that would give me a little of $24,000 annually, which would allow me to quit my job and live off of thay income if i wished.
I will probably contknue to aquire more as time goes on, and compound once they start issuing fees to token holders.
Sorry about the video quality, I am a welder and make videos usually on my lunch or breaks. With guys practiving their skill the soumd usually comes through. Thanks for the imput!
Hey no worries, I was just guessing it was welding. Maybe you should include a shot of the shop as you're talking, or call yourself "the crypto welder" :-) It's good to hear that non-geeks and 1 percenters are benefiting from this crypto-boom. The more people the better!
hey guys both @o1o1o1o and @jehfritz
i´m also interested in the nvo token, idea, system and stuff ...
but if you look at their homepage, there are no updates ..
i wrote them an email 2 weeks ago, no answer at all, today i sent it again ..
do you know a forum or something where the nvo team is active?
this doesn´t make a good impression to me ..
some teams are much more engaged with their supporters ..
please use @ mention for answer, thx
They are very active on their slack channel, and have announced a new website within a week. You can find an invite to their slack, on very bottom of their home page.
What @jehfritz said although I find it really bothersome when a team neglects their public profile like this when literally ten minutes could update their website with some info. I've seen it before in another project and it didn't end well. Just hoping this isn't going to be a repeat. However sometimes really geeky teams can completely suck at marketing and PR - in which case they should delegate to someone who can do that for them.
I agree. Something that really worried me at first was a few weeks after their crowdsale, there was no updated website, it still showed that they were still co ducting their ico.
But i found their slack, and saw that they had forgone updating their website to focus on their actual project.
So while they have been keeping people updated i agree they should at least update their website with at the bare minimum a paragraph or two of text.
ok thanks for the info guys, i´ll keep it on my radar :D muahahahahah
hopefully their project will be good! i really hope, so i can leae all that exchange sites and have it all in one .. without much fees ... but for that, i think they should enlargen their team, communication is the key ... always ..
Check the Nvo site again.. it's updated:) i picked up some during ico and then when it dropped i doubled✌ nice to see more people with interest in Nvo! Take care!
