My Rules for Crypto Investments (Up 1000+%)

Lately there has been a lot of craze in investing in Alt Coins so I thought I’d do a quick write up that has landed my Alt Coin portfolio to over 1000% in ROI.

1. Always buy low. When the market is bleeding that’s probably the best time to go on a shopping spree. All the coins go up and down. So never buy at the peak. I know many have FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) but rest assure the coins you see at peak will most likely always come down.

2. Never Sell at Loss. If the market is crashing don’t panic sell unless your confident enough to sell and scoop up the same coins back at a lower rate. Usually if my coins are at a loss and I’m holding for long term I will buy more coins at a low price point to average things out.

3. Do your Due Diligence. There are probably over 1000+ coins out there now. Everyones raving about everything. Don’t fall for the hype. Do your own due diligence. Check the website out, read the white paper, check out the telegram group, check out the team behind the ICO. If a website is promising you to double your ROI avoid it at all cost.

4. Invest in the Team & Technology. If you see well reputable people within the industry with a solid technology and you’ve done your due diligence then it’s usually a good sign of investment. Even better if you well reputable investors backing a certain coin. For example Quantstamp has a solid team, technology, and was being backed by Y-combinator which made me invest early in them and have been holding since then.

5. Diversify your portfolio. Instead of just holding Bitcoin look into Alt coins with solid potentials and invest in a few of those. This helps mitigate the risk. Please do note there will always be a risk no matter what.

6. Learn to do Technical Analysis. You want to under the market using data available to you. I highly suggest checking out Coinigy. They have done a decent job on creating a solid product and great tutorials on technical analysis.

7. Read Read Read. You want to know what’s going on around the world or anything that will affect crypto market. You can check out Reddit, Telegram groups, Twitter, and many more places.
