Pokemon Go Logo

I think like Pokemon Go; AR-cash can be thrown (it can be hidden or visible) in anywhere in our planet (or even outside planet). So people can catch AR cash in the AR world like they catch Pokemon at Pokemon Go. When they catch the cash, the cash will be deposited at the wallet. Of course, the cash can be a Bitcoin, Steem Dollar, cryptocurrencies, key currency (like USD, Gold) or local currencies (it can work like ABRA, Paypal, etc.).

There was a similar event called Hidden Cash (https://twitter.com/HiddenCash), using Twitter Account, hiding mostly $50 and $100 bills in an envelope, tweeting clues with the Twitter account. Hidden cash twitter account got 583K followers, hundreds to thousands of people participated in each event, events were held in more than a dozen US cities (including SF, LA, NYC), Mexico City, London, Berlin and Madrid.

People can voluntarily throw cash on a place (coordinates) they want because they want to see people run to catch the cash. People can also put their face on the AR-cash. For Example, if I throw $1, I can be a model for $1-AR-bill instead of Washington (such as my Facebook profile picture can be on $1 bill). Of course, people can exchange the AR-cash. Cash with my pace on it will always be there, even if that cash circulated a lot of times. Businesses can also throw cash with their logo on the cash. The travel of the cash with my face on it (circulation history) would be recorded and published (Blockchain), and I can post it on Facebook. The cash can, of course, have different denominations, such as a penny to $100, or even up to $1K, 10K, 100K, 1M, or any real or decimal number bigger than zero.

According to Angus Deaton (The Great Escape, Chapter 7), 800 million people living less than $1 (PPP) a day are 'short' about $0.28 (PPP) a day, "world poverty could be eliminated if every American adult donated $ 0.30 a day; or, if we could build a coalition of the willing from all the adults of Britain, France, Germany, and Japan, each would need to give only $ 0.15 a day.".

Of course, US, EU and other rich countries give more than that as an ODA. The Aids are ineffective because they are usually government-to-government. I think a kind of 'World Universal Basic Income' can be possible with Money Scavenger Hunt Game. Of course, the idea throwing pennies remotely to the third world might sound pretentious. But I don't think that's demeaning if pennies, coins, and bills are also thrown in the first/richer world. Indeed, it's a gamified, Pokemonized Universal Basic Income.
