Heleum AutoSavings One Pager

Purpose:
● To evaluate Heleum as a potential investment opportunity. This company was shared with me via a trusted mentor. Heleum is a savings wealth creation application. Check this explanation video out.

Team:
● CEO: The CEO is a guy name Pace Ellsworth. Pace has a BS in linguistics and has previously founded one other company before Heleum called up marketers LLC. I did some digging and this webpage is a dead site so this must have just been so he could operate as a business instead of an individual. Background in Marketing and finance automation. Previously was director of product at a finance automation software company.
● CTO: Taylor Ellsworth. Impressive computer science background and has been working with who I assume to be his brother since 2015. Booz Allen Hamilton in his resume and mid level management leadership experience.
● Team is local to AZ.

Vision/Mission:
● “Heleum's vision is to develop a suite of financial apps for the average consumer that removes the need for any trading, programming, or cryptocurrency experience.”

Tech Current/Roadmap/Raise Info:
● Raising a seed round of 3M at a valuation of 7M. In a side by side crowd note. Note goes for 18 months.
● In Revenue last year according to seed invest.
● Live partnership with a digital wallet company I have not heard of. I plan to research them so stay tuned for the one pager there. It is called uphold and they are processing transactions for 4100+ users.
● Product is live and in market, mobile app is being launched in November. Receive a 20% credit in wallet when you invest 100K. Percentage credit goes down with smaller investment.
● May not obtain necessary patents and are in a weak cash on hand position.
● Funds to be used for product improvements, marketing and algorithm improvements. All relevant efforts to scaling and growing the business. Plan to use affiliate campaigns for this which I think with the state of the influencers market is the best way to go depending on who they target and who they use.
● Target is anyone 18-30 who is looking to grow their savings account in a passive way. This means pretty much every millennial and some gen Z.
● Roadmap.
● Gains are split 60/40 with heleum. This is their pricing structure.

Community:
● Have active Twitter and FB accounts. 1100 followers on FB.
● Marketing push and inbound tactics will be helpful to these guys.
● No chatter channels.
● Website

Insight:
● Founded 2017 in Mesa AZ. So this product is relatively new. If they are already in revenue and on track with their roadmap they are in a good year one position as a startup.
● I think there is something here. Basically this app auto trades for you similar to how a bot would ride volatility this is doing that but in and out of crypto and fiat delivering gains of 5-20% according to their site.
● This is a good mass adoption app I think and worthy of a deeper dive/discussion with founders.
● The founders are solid with relevant real world experience and they have a team of 6 others contributing.
