Uma altcoin é o nome aceito pela comunidade para qualquer moeda que não seja Bitcoin. É a junção das palavras “alternative” + “coin”. Pra quem é Maximalista, toda altcoin é shitcoin.
Na minha opinião, existem sim projetos que devem ser observados além do Bitcoin. Desde o próprio Ethereum, que vem também grande visibilidade, até projetos pequenos como a Clearpoll.
