Tim D'Raper is a government shill who made a fortune off of crypto currency stolen by the federal government from a shitload of honest people, along with the currency from a few bad apples.

Now D'Raper asks the SEC to not prosecute Tezos for their crimes and they agree, while busting 'minor' players with no connections for the slightest mis-steps in their ICO offerings.
