I went to bed last night and thought for sure we would be up from last week....But as the market usually does...It threw us a curveball :)
It's the final week of the February HODL Challenge and unless we see an upswing in the next 7 days, it looks like we'll be 0 for 2 this year on our monthly challenges.
Regardless, this has been so much fun to do and at the end of the month, the big win is choosing that one token or coin we will hold for the entire year! Let's dive in and see where we ended up this week;
Ox Protocol (ZRX)
The ERC 20 Decentralized exchange took a hit this past week as we say our token go from $1.06 to 94 cents. Not a huge loss and earlier in the week it looked like it was going to go up. Still a token I think that can do really well for us in this last week of the challenge....Will this be the token we keep all year?
IOS Token (IOST)
Hey, we didn't lose at all with IOST! But we didn't win either....lol . IOS Token had lots being said about it in social media and their team seems to be very active. So while there wasn't any gains it's cool to not lose on every coin and token this week, even without any movement in price.
Ethos (ETHOS)
Urgh this one stings. Especially with all the excitement surrounding this app and platform, it ended up going from $3.99 per coin all the way to $3.28. Tough because I really believe in this project and think they have something special to show the world. This is a strong contender for me at least to keep it for the entire year.
ETHlend (LEND)
Our winner! We actually made some gains with ETH Lend this week...A whopping penny per token ;) But still, a win is a win and in this crazy market of ups and downs, we'll take it! Fascinating idea too behind this project and could be a real winner for the entire world if it becomes the standard.
Basic Attention Token (BAT)
Not a huge loss this week as we saw BAT go from 39 cents to 37 cents each. I have to be brutally honest, I think of all the tokens and coins from the HODL challenge, this is the one I'm the most excited about. Coming from an online advertising background, the potential for this is HUGE. This may very well end up being the token I hold for the long run...
So adding it all up, we're at $73.10 in the final week of the HODL challenge...
Down from $77.15 last week but not too bad. Let's see if we can have an awesome week to get closer or maybe even gasp ....Get in the green?
LOL We can only hope!
I thought you would be doing better with those coins, but you still have 1 week to go so there is lots of time for those coins to turn around and be winners.

I have been reading up on BAT ever since you and @richardtaylor started talking about it. I too think it has great potential and based on the last month, and watching you guinea pigs take the first step, I will most likely look to buy as well.
