So I'm guessing we've all heard about ICOs but recently we've been seeing celebrities like Floyd Mayweather and The Game promoting crypto ICOs.

Coindesk just uploaded this article with Foxx's tweet to the COBINHOOD ICO which claims to be a "Free Transaction Cryptocurrency Exchange"
