I quite remember telling a friend that all the regulations, heavy G20 and the other rules are just indications that cryptos are here to stay amd they've become too important to be overlooked by authorities.

Regulations will help separate the legit coins from the crap ones. Everyone wants these coins to replace central banking, but the more logical approach to investing would be to invest in the coins willing to work with regulators and central banks. That integration will come before replacement for sure!
