Medical chain ico which started off as a brilliant idea, and was heavily advertised as being one of the best ico to be offered. The company starts off by saying " Medicalchain provides solutions to today’s health record problems. The platform is built to securely store and share electronic health records. By digitizing health records and empowering users we can leverage countless industry synergies."
Leaving all that aside, the choas, organization and blatant misinformation showed at today's ico have left many people upset with the project itself. If in any way that is the representation of the project as a whole, then it won't be long before the team will have no support from the community itself and likely wont go far.
**To sum up what basically happened today: **
10am UTC: registration opens: medical chain wants investors to send their KYC before anyone is allowed to be part of the token sale
Issues
- The date did not go paste 2012 when selected date of birth
- Most people were not able to upload their KYC document
- the website would log them out once you tried to upload your document
After much hassle if hassle if you were able to uplaod and send your document
you were shown this message below:
Issues
- No other information is provided
*No feedback no nothing on twitter/Telegram - bots/scams are going rampant on twitter and telegram with no control
Around 12pm UTC, The screen below is seen permanent
Issues
- no feedback, who got in
*It is worded in a way that people who submitted their KYU were in line to be approved soon so they can purchase their token, told to wait for a mail or text message. - People who were excited for this project and were slightly late now not even able to submit their KYU so pretty much game over
Around 6:10pm: Their twitter page post this
Issues
- There is no feedback given in between
- Most people who got their KYU approved right away waited for 8 hours with no response no message no reply
- no one knows who got it and how was the hard cap reached
- No other information given, waste of time with no compensations
#Overall: Really disappointed in the ico, the management from the whole team; if this is a true representation of the project itself, then I would not support this project any further.
This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience
Agreed, this was ridiculous. I submitted my KYC within the first seconds. The page logged me out multiple times after filling everything out.
But what I find even worse were the phishing emails. Unfortunately, I fell for one and lost my investment. I realize this is my fault, but the scammers must have gotten the email addresses of registered users somehow, so I would not be surprised if they were hacked.

Well yes it is unfortunate that you fell for a scammer but i still believe the administration should have taken better steps to unsure those people are kept out

This was my first ICO attempt, I failed to get in despite being ready due to website resetting continuously.
Are all ICO's this chaotic and full of people attempting to scam you left right and center?

Unfortunately, with the current investomania - yes.
They are going to be listed on exchanges as of tomorrow. You can try the very first moment they are listed and buy at a cheaper price...or wait out the initial spike in price (people who missed out on ICO and trying to buy cheap) and buy when the price consolidates.
