If you are unfamiliar with link shorteners, the way they work is someone clicks your link they have to view an ad to continue through to the link. How much you get paid depends on which network you use.
Suggested Shorteners
Adfly is probably the highest payout but to be honest it is also the scummiest. Some of the ads can be on the malicious side trying to get users to download apps but they can be bypassed by hitting the back button. They payout in PayPal at $5 as well as a few other payment methods.
CoinUrl is my favorite because the ads aren't intrusive and they pay in bitcoin! Simply have to click skip ad but there are other settings you can look at as well. Payouts at 0.01 btc.
Coinhive is the newest one and it pays in monero. The way it works is it makes the user perform some mining calculations before allowing them to move forward. You can set the number of hashes that must be performed before allowing the user to advance. It will bring phones to a halt but it's safe. Payment at 0.5 XMR
Shorte.st is much like adfly but much less intrusive. Payment at $5 PayPal.
