a few days ago i saw the Krios ICO (advertising on Facebook) and visited there Website.
I think it's a nice Project with a good Team behind. The Dev's are very active and answer the most questions on the Social Platforms and on bitcointalk.
Also the Team assures that Krios will be tradeable on at least one of the 5 biggest exchanges, after the launch.
That's the main reason why i invested in it - always a new Coin (with a good Name) join a big exchange it's skyrocking in the first few days!
At the Moment there is 12ct/Coin + 20% Presale and i think it has potential to jump to 1$ real quick.
But do your own research, there are so many ICO's these days and I'm pretty sure that Krios is a good one but not the best one. For me personally it was the Name, the Project and the listening on a big exchange.
