Seems like they have literally stolen the, along with all features, and much ofthe NEXUS content - word for word.
Many red flags too:

The company incorporated less than a month ago on the 13th of September 2017.
App released less than a month ago on the 13th of September 2017.
Sphere roadmap is almost a replica of ours.
Most of your team members cannot be found anywhere online.
Sphere using WooCommerce as checkout instead of a smart contract. Wow.
Sphere video is almost word for word the same as ours

Sphere site states "2016-2017" when you clearly were not operational in 2016.

Sphere followers on Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest are in no way related to your target audience meaning that you have clearly used a service to attain these followers.

Did Sphere seriously see NEXUS ICO results, spend a few days creating an application, copy our features to your roadmap, and decide to run an ICO?

Thank you for this info... I must say that I tried to go a little bit deeper in this project for last two days and some things are not looking good... The main thing is that there is no open communicating channel with any of team members and when you go checking their names (No Linked in on web) you can find almost anything. There is a just new company from the UK connected with them. Maybe they are just starting everything and need some time, but it does look scammy at this moment... Anyway, we cant lose anything from this airdrop and can potentially get 5$ in one minute ;)
