There are two types of crypto exchanges

  1. Crypto to Fiat
  2. Crypto to crypto

The first type of exchanges are localized to each country so depending upon where you are based you can find the best one

There are many exchanges of the second category. The top few in terms of trade volumes can be checked from coinmarketcap. The top 5–6 exchanges are all good to trade from.
