♨ Important market news

ETC is growing on hardfork news. Donald McIntyre, one of the most active members of the Ethereum Classic community (ETC), published a message about the discussion among platform developers, where the alleged hard forks, called Atlantis and planned for block 8 750 000, were discussed.

Some of the major changes in the Ethereum Classic network include some restrictions in the smart contract code, changes in the virtual machine (EVM), transaction processing methods, network complexity adjustment algorithm and much more. The main topics for discussion in the wider Ethereum Classic community were also identified.

In addition, during conversations, the question was raised about past updates on the Ethereum (ETH), Constantinople network, however, as it is reported later, this will not be part of Atlantis and no major changes will be foreseen for the miners. Some large pool operators have already supported this hardfork in absentia.

Earlier it was also reported that Ethereum Classic (ETC) plans to create a token in the Ethereum network (ETH) and the developers are already working on a set of smart contracts that will be deployed in two blockchains simultaneously, ensuring consistency between the two networks.

The project, called the Peace Bridge, intends to make the ETC compatible with the Ethereum network by building an ETC-ETH bridge, which can be released to the market in the near future.
