No referrals no networking no compulsion of creating downline members. It's really working. I initially thought it is fraud but it's not. The concept is - one Member has to transfer money directly into another member's account(you will get link automatically on joining) not into any company account and you will get credit from other members in 21 days. You just have to wait after making your deposit.
