Jaron Lukasiewicz, who has been an active blockchain executive since 2012 and is on LEXIT’s advisory board. Jaron served as CEO of Coinsetter, a New York City-based bitcoin exchange, and Cavirtex, a leading bitcoin exchange in Canada – both acquired by Kraken in 2016. Prior to founding Coinsetter, Jaron was a private equity associate at The CapStreet Group, an investment banker at J.P. Morgan and a private equity analyst at SPB Partners.
Jaron has been active in the blockchain industry since its early beginnings and shared his experience of watching the space grow and mature to a highly developed and well funded Hi-Tech sector. Having been involved in several M&A procedures during his career, Jaron elaborated on the often slow and cumbersome processes entrepreneurs have to endure to sale their companies or assets thereof, and how projects such as LEXIT will make it easier for entrepreneurs to create value for all of us.
