BTC pulled back 2k~ before even reaching the 89WMA target @ $16595 ,
and breached support @$13863 ; do you still expect a recovery before year end?

    Yes, I do. I never said that BTC is going to reach 89WMA target without any pullbacks. What I'm saying is that @89 WMA the prices will stall for quite some time and I expect not only a pullback but a ranging market before we get any higher.
